Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item is clearly a manufacturing defect please email a picture of the defect to Looma Lighting customer service at info@loomalighting.com. In most cases a replacement product(s) will be sent to you at no charge. At times we would like to have you send the item back for inspection.
